  1. First we mix curd, besan, haldi in a bowl.add water mix it.you can mix it with the help of hand mixer.
  2. Then heat a pan at low flame. add ghee, methi seeds, sabut lal mirch.
  3. Then add besan curd mix.keep stirring.add water.Add salt and mirch.cook it.
  4. Now we make pakodas for kadi.
  5. Mix onion, methi, besan, salt, mirch.add water.
  6. Heat a pan. Add sarso ka tel or any oil for frying. make pakodas in it.
  7. Cook them till golden brown. take out from oil and put in water in a bowl.
  8. After 10 min sqeese them.put in our kadi. cook them.
  9. Now make a tadka.take a tadka pan. add some oil or ghee.Add some mustard seeds, curry leaves, lal mirch.
  10. Pour it into kadi. serve it hot with rice or roti, papad or chutney.
