Tomato thokku / tomato pickle recipe - easy pickle recipe. People who are regular at my place could have observed that i don't make chutneys often to accompany my morning breakfasts. - For Tadka - Take oil in a pan, put mustard seeds, asafoteda, garlic cloves, saute and splutter till golden brown. Now add dry red chilli, curry leaves and splutter. Now put this Tadka on the top of the tomato paste and mix it well.
