- Get 100 grams Soya Chunks
- Get 2 Onion cubed
- Take 1 Capsicum cubed
- Take 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- Take 2 green chillies chopped
- Take 2 tsp Maida
- Prepare 2 tsp arrowroot
- Make ready 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- Get 1 tsp Kitchen king powder
- Get 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
- Get 2 tsp Curd
- Prepare 2 tsp Tomato sauce
- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
- Prepare 1/2 vinegar
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Get as required Oil
Steps to make Soya Chilli:
- Boil Soya chunks in water for 3-4 minutes. Remove water from Soya Chunks.
- Take Boiled soya chunks in a bowl. Add curd, salt, Kashmiri mirch powder, maida, and Arrowroot. Mix them well and keep aside for 15 minutes for marination.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated Soya.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion cubes, Capsicum cubes and chopped green chilli. Then add Ginger Garlic paste and all masala powder.
- Now add vinegar, Tomato, Soya & Red chilli sauce. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Finally add fried Soya Chunks. Mix them nicely.
- Soya Chilli is ready to serve.
