  17. Make ready 1 pinch green cardamoms powder
  18. Make ready 1 pinch jaifal powder
  19. Take 1 pinch javatri powder
  20. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Instructions to make Mutton Kunna:
  1. In a pot add ghee heat it for a minute. Then add mutton to it and cook for another minute.
  2. Add sliced onions ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, Kashmiri lal mirch, haldi, dhaniya powder, salt zeera and 1.5 litre water
  3. Cover and cook until meat is tender and oil separates.
  4. Prepare kunna spice mix by mixing all the ingredients stated under kunna spice mix heading
  5. When oil has separated add yoghurt and cook for 10 minutes
  6. Add kunna spice mix and cook well
  7. Dissolve maida in a little water and add it to the kunna.
  8. Pour more water according to the desired amount of gravy
  9. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes until gravy is thickened
  10. Add julienne ginger
  11. Serve hot with naans❤😍
