  1. Prepare 1 small onion
  2. Take 2 tomatoes
  3. Take 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  4. Get 2 tablespoons chopped jalapenos

  6. Get Handful chopped spring onion greens
  7. Take Handful chopped spring onion whites
  8. Take Handful finely chopped cilantro/coriander leaves

  2. Place them in a large mixing bowl
  3. Add the spring onion green and whites,followed by coriander leaves
  4. Add the jalapenos now
  5. Season with salt, chilli flakes and lemon juice
  6. Give all the ingredients a good mix
  7. Serve immediately accompanied by your favourite Mexican delicacies like Nachos,Burritos,etc
  8. Tip: Prepare salsa just before serving it with the main dish for freshness.If you do not like it chunky,mash the ingredients slightly
