Instructions to make Cake Pops:
  1. Make cake as directed. Cook and let cool. Then shred the cake once cooled.
  2. Mix as much frosting as you like to the cake. I used almost the entire container. Some people just eyeball it. Mix til it's dough like.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls.
  4. Freeze cake balls for a few minutes to make them easier to dip in the chocolate. Melt the almond bark or chocolate of your choice according to the package's directions. (I used white and milk chocolate almond bark). Dip/roll the cake balls into the chocolate. Store in the refrigerator.

Form cake mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Place the butter, sugar and vanilla extract into a bowl and beat well to a creamy consistency. For cake pops, dip one end of each cake pop stick (lollipop sticks work just fine) into melted candy coating or chocolate and poke cake pop sticks into balls (this helps the balls stay on the sticks). Dip the tip of the cake pop sticks into the white chocolate and insert into the cake balls about half-way. Meanwhile prepare all of your decorating supplies.
