  1. In a grinding jar, add tomatoes and green chilli and grind them to make a thick puree.
  2. Now, in a bowl add puree, wheat flour rice flour, sooji and mix well add water slowy, to make a smooth batter.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, chopped onion, coriander leaves, jeera and mix well and let it sit for 15minutes.
  4. After, Heat a pan and grease it with some oil, slowly add some batter and spread well. Heat it from both sides by fliping it.
  5. And your Tomato Dosa is ready to serve.
