Instructions to make Raw Mango Rice:
- Heat Oil. Splutter Mustard.
- Add in the groundnuts. Fry the groundnuts.
- Now add chanadal and urad dal. Fry the dals.
- Add ginger, green chilli and curry leaves. Saute well.
- Next, add in the dry chilli, turmeric powder and hing powder.
- Mix in the grated raw mango.
- Add salt.
- Stir cook for about 5 mins.
- Switch off the stove. Add the cooked rice.
- Mix well.
- Offer Raw Mango Rice to Lord Sri Krishna and Honor Krishna Prasadam.
