- Wash the rice and add once the water starts boiling.
- Add required salt for the rice and close the lid, let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Check If the rice is cooked, stir till water is absorbed and garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle ghee on top.
- ghee fried cashews can also be used for garnishing.
Just add some fresh or frozen peas. Brown onions should be moist with most of moisture removed. spinach green peas rice is an Indian one-dish meal and is super easy and quick the make!
